Air fryer bone marrow is easy to make this delicacy that is wonderful creamy spread full of collagen. The best on toast in the morning.

Ingredients

  • 4 marrow bones
  • 1 sprinkle salt and pepper

Instructions

  • Place bones into Air Fryer basket, upright, in a single layer. *Parchment paper can be placed on the bottom of the Air Fryer basket if desired to prevent leakage out of the bottom.
  • Set Air Fryer to 400° F and cook for 20 minutes. If the bones are small, check at 15 minutes so that all of the good marrow and healthy fat does not leak out of the bones.
  • When middle was tender use tongs to remove cooked soup bones and set onto a dish. Using a spoon or knife, scoop marrow out of bones and spread onto toast. Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
