Ingredients
- 1 apple (diced)
- 2 eggs
- 40g sugar
- 60g flour
- 30g melted butter
- 15 cl of milk (150 ml)
Instructions
Prepare the dough:
- In a bowl, crack the eggs and whisk them with the sugar until you get a slightly frothy mixture.
- Add the sifted flour and mix until you obtain a smooth dough.
- Stir in the melted butter and milk while continuing to mix.
Add the apples:
- Peel and dice the apple.
- Add the diced apple to the batter and gently mix to distribute it evenly.
Prepare the mold:
Line an air fryer-safe mold with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
Pour the mixture into the mold, making sure the apple pieces are evenly distributed.
Cooking:
- Preheat the air fryer to 165°C (325°F) for 5 minutes.
- Place the mold in the air fryer basket.
- Fry at 165°C (325°F) for 17 to 20 minutes, or until the flan is lightly golden and a knife inserted into the center comes out clean.
Cooling:
- Let the flan cool slightly before unmolding.
- Serve warm or cold, as you prefer.
Notes
You can add a pinch of cinnamon or vanilla for extra flavor.
This flan is delicious served with a scoop of ice cream or a dollop of whipped cream.
