A decadent chocolate chip cookie dough keto low carb approved dessert that will cure your cravings and keep you on track!

You can totally eat edible cookie dough on the keto diet with these low-carb chocolate chip cookie dough fat bombs. Gluten-free, sugar-free, and ketogenic diet approved!

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup (1 stick) butter, softened
  • ⅓ cup LAKANTO monkfruit sweetener
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ⅓ cup sugar free chocolate chips
  • 1 cup almond flour

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. With an electric mixer, beat together cream cheese and butter until combined, about 2 minutes.
  2. Add the sweetener and continue beating until fluffy, about 5 minutes.
  3. Beat in the vanilla, chocolate chips, and almond flour just until combined.
  4. Prepare a baking sheet with waxed paper or butter
  5. Using a small scoop, portion the fat bombs into approximately 1 tablespoon mounds and place on waxed paper.
  6. Freeze the fat bombs for at least 1 hour. Then package the fat bombs in an airtight container between sheets of waxed paper. Store in the freezer for up to 3 months

NOTES:

If you wish to skip the almond flour for a more soft, fudge like consistency, reduce butter to 5 tablespoons.
