Don’t delay in adding this chocolate chaffle with cream cheese to your amazing dessert list . Two layers of dessert chaffles (chocolate) with a simple cream cheese frosting in between. My keto chaffle recipe is easy, delicious & low carb! You’re going to love it.
INGREDIENTS
CHOCOLATE CHAFFLE:
- 3/4 cup Mozzarella cheese (shredded)
- 1 large Egg
- 2 tbsp Wholesome Yum Blanched Almond Flour (or 2 tsp Coconut Flour)
- 2 tbsp Besti Allulose
- 1/2 tbsp Butter (melted)
- 1 1/2 tbsp Cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp Psyllium husk powder
- 1/4 tsp Baking powder
CREAM CHEESE FROSTING:
- 2 tbsp Cream cheese (softened)
- 1 tbsp Besti Powdered Allulose
- 1/4 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp Heavy cream
INSTRUCTIONS
CHOCOLATE CHAFFLE:

Preheat your waffle iron for about 5 minutes, until hot.

Combine all chocolate chaffle ingredients in a small bowl.

Pour 1/4 cup of the batter into a 4-inch waffle maker.

Cook until crispy, about 2 1/2 to 3 minutes.

Carefully remove the chaffle from the waffle maker and set aside to crisp up more. (Cooling is important for texture!) Repeat with remaining batter, if any.
ASSEMBLY:

Spread frosting onto one of the chaffles and place the other on top.
