lemon drizzle cake

250g self raising flour
250g butter/marg
250g caster sugar
5 medium eggs
Zest of two lemons
Two tsp of good lemon extract


Whack it all together and share equally between two 1lb loaf tins
Drizzle 75g of caster sugar
75g of lemon juice
Poke holes in cake whilst still in tin and pour all of it over.
