Ingredients
– 1 pound steak (such as sirloin or ribeye), cut into 1-inch cubes
– 1/4 cup pepperoncini peppers, sliced
– 4 tablespoons butter
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 tablespoon ranch seasoning
– 1/2 teaspoon paprika
– Salt and pepper to taste
– Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

Instructions
1. Season Steak: Toss steak cubes with paprika, salt, and pepper.
2. Sear Steak: Heat 2 tablespoons butter in a skillet over medium-high. Sear steak bites until browned, about 2-3 minutes per side. Remove steak from skillet.
3. Make Sauce: Reduce heat to medium. Add remaining butter, garlic, and pepperoncini peppers to skillet. Cook until fragrant.
4. Add Ranch Seasoning: Stir in ranch seasoning. Cook for 1 minute.
5. Return Steak: Return steak bites to skillet. Toss to coat with sauce.
6. Serve: Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley if desired.
