Yorkshire Pudding Airfryer

My favorite thing about Yorkshire pudding is how easy and versatile it is to make. I enjoy eating it as a side dish, as a side dish, or on its own, and I see it all the time. My kids are obsessed with how to cut a hole in the middle. They like the Yorkie scones with fruit and powdered sugar (so they declared the dish), but I loved the Yorkie pudding with ham and melted cheese.

NOTES

Air Fryer For Yorkshire Pudding you will need an Air Fryer and Muffin Tins (with Grease). The model air fryer I use is the Ninja Foodi 6-in-1. For the tins, I tried this recipe using ramekins and silicone muffin liners. While the Yorkie buns don’t make any mess, and they don’t stick to either the ramekins or silicone cups, (again, they need to be well-greased), I found that it’s easier to bake Yorkie buns with silicone muffin cups. They pop out of the muffin tins easily. They usually get up better.

Should I change the Yorkshire Pudding?

Yes, it is, it is. Cook for 10 minutes at first, then turn on your air fryer. Once you open it, be prepared for the jaw-dropping effect. You will be amazed at how beautiful they are and how far they climb. Flip each Yorkie pudding to the other side. At this point, you may decide to remove them from the muffin cups. Cook the bottoms in the same oven for 3 minutes or until golden to your liking.
