Your mouth will water as you make these keto pork belly burnt ends! They come out crispy on the outside and juicy in the middle!

  • 2 pounds Pork Belly Cut into 1 1/2-2 inch pieces
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tbsp Chili Powder
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 3 tbsp Swerve brown sugar substitute
  • 1/4 cup Sugar-Free BBQ Sauce


  1. Preheat the oven to 275 degrees.

  2. Add the pork belly pieces to a large mixing bowl, and drizzle with the olive oil.

  3. Place the Swerve brown sugar substitute, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder and salt and pepper to taste to the bowl. Toss to combine and coat well.

  4. Spread the seasoned pieces onto a rack on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil.

  5. Bake for 3 hours.

  6. Remove the pork belly pieces from the oven, and place into a casserole dish.

  7. Mix the bbq sauce with the pork belly pieces, and cover with aluminum foil. Bake another 30 minutes.

  8. Remove the foil, and raise the oven temperature to 350 degrees.

  9. Bake for another 30 minutes, to an hour until the bites are well glazed.
