Fruit Salad Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 apple, diced
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 1 orange, peeled and segmented
  • 1 cup grapes, halved if large
  • 1 cup mango, diced
  • 1 cup pineapple, diced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1–2 tablespoons honey (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons chopped mint leaves (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Wash and prepare all the fruits.
  2. Place the diced apple, banana, orange, grapes, mango, and pineapple in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Drizzle the lemon juice over the fruits to help keep them fresh.
  4. Add honey if you prefer a sweeter salad.
  5. Gently toss everything together until well mixed.
  6. Sprinkle with chopped mint leaves if desired.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator for 15–20 minutes before serving.

Serving:
Serve cold as a healthy snack, breakfast side dish, or light dessert.

Servings: 4–6 people
