Fruit Salad Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 apple, diced
- 1 banana, sliced
- 1 orange, peeled and segmented
- 1 cup grapes, halved if large
- 1 cup mango, diced
- 1 cup pineapple, diced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1–2 tablespoons honey (optional)
- 2 tablespoons chopped mint leaves (optional)
Instructions:
- Wash and prepare all the fruits.
- Place the diced apple, banana, orange, grapes, mango, and pineapple in a large mixing bowl.
- Drizzle the lemon juice over the fruits to help keep them fresh.
- Add honey if you prefer a sweeter salad.
- Gently toss everything together until well mixed.
- Sprinkle with chopped mint leaves if desired.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 15–20 minutes before serving.
Serving:
Serve cold as a healthy snack, breakfast side dish, or light dessert.
