Ingredients:
3/4 cup salted butter, softened
3/4 cup light brown sugar, packed
1/4 cup granulated white sugar
2 egg yolks, at room temperature
2 tsp vanilla bean paste or extract
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour, spooned and leveled
1/2 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup red and green M&M’s
1/3 cup white chocolate chips
1/3 cup pretzel pieces
1/3 cup potato chip pieces
2 tbsp red and green sprinkles (jimmies)

Directions:
Preheat the Oven: Set the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
Cream Butter and Sugars: In a large bowl, cream the softened butter, light brown sugar, and granulated sugar together with an electric mixer for about two minutes, until the mixture is light and fluffy.
Add Wet Ingredients: Add the egg yolks and vanilla, mixing on medium speed for about two minutes until the mixture is pale and fluffy.

Incorporate Dry Ingredients: Add flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt, mixing until combined.
Fold in Mix-ins: Gently fold in the M&M’s, white chocolate chips, pretzel pieces, potato chips, and sprinkles until fully incorporated.
Scoop the Dough: Scoop the dough into 20 balls and place them two inches apart on the prepared baking sheets. For a decorative touch, add a few extra M&M’s, pretzels, and sprinkles on top of each dough ball.

Bake: Bake for 10-12 minutes, until the cookies are golden brown on the edges. For chewier centers, bake for 10 minutes, or for crispier cookies, bake for 12 minutes.
Shape Cookies: Optional – Immediately after removing from the oven, use a circular cookie cutter to swirl around each cookie, creating a perfect round shape.
Cool and Serve: Let the cookies cool on the baking sheets for five minutes, then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely.
