White Chocolate Mocha Protein Shake is the dream pick-me-up. A healthy, low fat, sugar free, high protein alternative to your favorite Starbucks drink.

INGREDIENTS

  •  cup Vanilla Protein PowderWhey-Casein, 30g
  • 1 tsp White Chocolate Instant Pudding Mix2g, Sugar-free
  • ¾ cup Unsweetened Almond Milk180ml
  •  Espresso Shot45ml
  • ½ Tbsp Chopped White Chocolate7g
  • ½ cup Ice

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Combine smoothie ingredients in a blender – protein powder, milk, pudding mix.

    Blend on high for about 30-45 seconds.

  • Transfer espresso and most white chocolate to a glass, add in ice.
  • Pour in shake, top with more white chocolate.
